"Agreement" refers to the Terms and Conditions as well as any other documents that may be incorporated by reference into this document.

The below Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between users and AWCHSL and by using this website or any services of AWCHSL, users agree to all the Terms and Conditions without reservation. Terms of this agreement may only be modified by a written agreement signed by both parties.

• All policies published on this site including but not limited to Refund Policies, Cancellation Policies and Privacy Policies are incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.

• All disputes, complaints and legal action must be preceded by good faith negotiations with AWCHSL and users. Users and AWCHSL agree to such negotiations before taking legal action. In addition, users and AWCHSL agree to undertake arbitration before seeking any form of legal or government action.

• Users must use the website and any services of the company in good faith and without violating any applicable laws of the land.

• Users agree not to modify, hack, change, subvert or otherwise cause harm or attempt any of the above under any circumstances whatsoever.

• AWCHSL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time without prior notification and by publishing such changes assumes their application to all subsequent transactions and operations. AWCHSL will notify you by email if you request such notifications of changes. • The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any restriction in this Agreement is overbroad or unreasonable under the circumstances, such restriction shall be modified or revised by such court to include the maximum reasonable restriction allowed by law. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties hereto concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement. There are no representations or covenants, express or implied, other than those set forth herein. User’s rights under this Agreement may be assigned without prior written consent.

• This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors and assigns. Nothing contained herein shall create a joint venture between, or partnership among the parties. No delay or omission by AWCHSL in exercising any right under this Agreement will operate as a waiver of that or any other right.

• User agrees that if AWCHSL violates any provision of this Agreement, and AWCHSL determines that repair or other corrective action is not economically or technically feasible, User’s sole and exclusive remedy will be to cancel this agreement and obtain refunds of actual monies as per the terms of the Refund Policy.

• AWCHSL is not liable for any amount hereunder giving rise to any claim. In no event shall AWCHSL be liable, whether in contract, tort, or strict liability including negligence or otherwise, for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost savings or profit, lost data, business interruption or attorney’s fees) even if notified in advance of such possibility.

• AWCHSL makes no other warranty (other than that provided for specific services as expressed under the Refund Policy), express or implied, with respect to any services and all other warranties, whether express or implied, are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
